How do I find a service provider?

You can find service providers in several ways:

  • Use the search bar on the homepage to search by service type or location
  • Browse through our category pages to find specific services
  • Check out our "Top Rated Professionals" section for highly reviewed providers
  • Use filters on search results to narrow down by location, rating, and price

How do I contact a business?

Each business profile includes contact information:

  • Click the "Call Now" button to call them directly (mobile users)
  • Click the "WhatsApp" button to chat on WhatsApp
  • Click the "Send Email" button to send an inquiry via email
  • Phone numbers and emails are also displayed on the profile page

Note: Contact details are visible after the business accepts your inquiry request.

Is it free to use Abraham's Listing as a customer?

Yes! Using Abraham's Listing to find and contact service providers is completely free. You can search, browse profiles, read reviews, and contact businesses without any charges.

How do I leave a review for a business?

After you've worked with a business, you can leave a review on their profile page. Simply:

  1. Go to the business profile you want to review
  2. Click on the "Write a Review" button
  3. Rate the business from 1 to 5 stars
  4. Write your experience and submit

Note: You need to be logged in to leave a review.

For Businesses

How do I list my business?

Listing your business is easy and free! Follow these steps:

  1. Click "Sign Up" on the homepage
  2. Select "Business" as your role
  3. Fill in your business details (name, category, description, etc.)
  4. Upload photos of your work
  5. Submit your profile for review

Once approved, your business will appear in search results.

What are the subscription plans?

We offer four plans to suit different business needs:

  • Free: Basic profile, 5 photos, standard search ranking
  • Basic (₦15,000/month): Priority listing, 10 photos, 24/7 support
  • Premium (₦35,000/month): Featured badge, 20 photos, top 3 search results, analytics
  • Enterprise (₦100,000/month): Everything in Premium, unlimited listings, dedicated account manager, API access

You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading is simple:

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Click on "Upgrade Plan" or "View Plans"
  3. Select the plan you want (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise)
  4. Choose your payment method (Paystack for NGN or Stripe for USD)
  5. Complete the payment

Your plan will be activated immediately after successful payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Paystack: Card payments, Bank Transfer, USSD (Nigerian Naira only)
  • Stripe: Credit/Debit cards (US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars)

All payments are secure and processed through industry-standard encryption.

How do customers find my business?

Customers can find your business through:

  • Search by service type or keywords
  • Location-based searches (city, state, country)
  • Category browsing
  • Featured listings (Premium and Enterprise members)

Higher-rated businesses and those with complete profiles appear higher in search results.

Can I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or downgrade anytime. To downgrade from Premium/Basic to Free, please contact our support team. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Note: Refunds are not provided for partial months.

For Property Agents

How do I list a property?

To list a property:

  1. Register as an Agent
  2. Log into your agent dashboard
  3. Click "List Property"
  4. Fill in property details (title, description, price, location, features)
  5. Upload property photos
  6. Submit for listing

Properties are visible immediately after submission.

Is there a fee for listing properties?

Basic property listings are free! For enhanced visibility, you can upgrade to:

  • Featured Property: Appears at the top of search results (additional fee)
  • Premium Agent Plan: Priority support and more listing features

Payment & Billing

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways:

  • Paystack is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant
  • Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1
  • We never store your credit card information on our servers

Your payment data is always encrypted and secure.

When will I be billed?

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Your first payment is charged immediately upon upgrade, and subsequent payments will be charged on the same date each month.

You can view your billing history and next billing date in your dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to resolve any problems.

Technical Support

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Click "Login" on the homepage
  2. Click "Forgot Password?" link
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  5. Follow the link to create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

I'm not receiving email notifications. What should I do?

If you're not receiving emails:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Add noreply@abrahamslisting.com to your contacts
  • Verify your email address is correct in your profile
  • Check if your email provider is blocking our emails

You can also request a resend of verification emails from your dashboard.

How do I update my business information?

To update your business profile:

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Click "Edit Profile"
  3. Update your business name, description, services, photos, etc.
  4. Click "Save Changes"

All changes are reviewed and typically approved within 24 hours.
